DESCRIPTION:SOCKTOBER continues throughout the 4 weeks of October. We are c
ollecting new socks for both men &amp\; women to help people experiencing
homelessness or in need. The socks will be given to Manna Homeless Society
for distribution during the cold\, wet months to come. Dry feet and clean
socks play a pivotal role in maintaining foot hygiene\, preventing infect
ions and other foot ailments. Drop your sock contributions in the laundry
hamper in the narthex. Together we can fill it and give help to someone wh
 o is cold and wet.
