YOU can contribute to the success of the 2023 Christmas Bazaar. Please start putting aside and collecting your items for the Bazaar at home. Beginning November 19, tables will be set up in the hall to receive all donations (except baking). Baking can be delivered on Friday, December 1 between 11:00 & 2:00.

Bake Table: Baked goods (loaves, tarts, pies, squares, shortbread & cookies), homemade candy & fudge.  Please arrange your items on NEW paper plates and cover with plastic wrap.  Jams and jellies, marmalade, pickles & relishes, in properly sealed canning jars to ensure food safety.  (No muffins or banana bread for this stall, please) To be sure we meet the BC Guidelines, no cream, suet, meringues or low acid preserves are able to be sold.

Books: Fiction, non-fiction & puzzles.  Please do not bring in Harlequin romance books, coffee table books, religious books or travel guides as we have found they don't sell.

Gift Bags: Your used Christmas cards are recycled to make small gift bags.  Please place them in the box in the Narthex at any time until the end of November.

Welcome Coffee: Coffee/tea and a treat will be available for a small charge.  If you would like to bake muffins, scones or cookies, or assist in the kitchen during the Bazaar, please contact:

Silent Auction: We are expanding the Silent Auction and looking for items such as: products that can be used to make gift baskets (eg. Pasta Basket - specialty pasta & sauces, packet of fancy napkins & matching candles, serving implements).  We can also use gift cards/certificates for restaurants or other venues; for services such as oil change, gutter cleaning, etc.; for golf, swimming, bowling & other activities.
