We had the wind-up picnic in the parking lot and hall of the church this month. We played outside with bubbles, chalk and bean bags.... then moved inside and Rev. Elizabeth talked about the last six months and the story of Paul. Dave Klinger had some fun songs to sing and Nancy Klinger introduced the kids to George, a seeing-eye dog she helped train. Communion was received and then a wonderful dinner of hot dogs (what else would you have at a barbecue?) Many thanks to all those who help make Messy Church a success. Kitchen crew, craft people, kids, parents, musicians... we appreciate you all!
It's been a wonderful year. Please watch our website for the start-up in the fall. We will not have Messy Church during the summer months.
