September 30th was Orange Shirt Day. A team was out cleaning up the yard today on this special occasion. Carolyn painted the flower boxes outside the church office with the encouragement of Rev Elizabeth and Warden Terry. Elizabeth was wearing the special stole handcrafted by Jane Deck (very talented wife of Michael Deck) to commemorate the day. Ryan Geboers and Dave Hitchcock, working hard, painted the fence and repaired the bench in the columbarium.
