Rental Application & Rate Information

Rental rates and an application form
for 2026-27 are available below. 

• Click on the rental rate sheet form to open it and use the appropriate options/controls in your browser to save it to your computer. 

1. Click the application form to open it. 
2. While the form is on the screen, you can enter the requisite information by clicking the data entry lines or check boxes. 
3. Once the information is entered, use the appropriate options/controls in your browser to save the completed form to your PC. 
4. If you want to complete the form later, you may save it to your computer (as noted above) and complete it later.
5. For convenience, you can click the email link on the form, which should open a new email window. 
6. Complete the email as needed and attach the filled-in application form to the email and then send it.
