Another week has flown by and the Parish seems to be getting ready for the joys of a new season. The Choir has been practicing for their Cantata that will be presented on Sunday, December 16th at 2 pm. We’re looking to fill the church with friends and family to celebrate the gift of music – “Love’s Pure Light” – please mark this on your calendar. And speaking of celebrations… we’re celebrating with the family of Caroline and Hamish the safe arrival of a new grandchild, please come and join us for a baptism service on November 25th.
There was a wonderful gathering on Wednesday evening this week (October 24, 2018) in the Parish of St Paul in Nanaimo. The Venerable Clara Plamondon was inducted as the Rector of the Parish and sitting in the front row was her very proud Mom, Flo Milburn. We rejoice with their whole family the ministry that Clara gives to her parish and the Diocese.
